Compare The Hunger Games to Australian Aboriginal History

by  Mahdi 6S

The hunger games relates to Australian history because the Capitol have power over the Districts, just like the British had power over the Aboriginals and convicts.

The British, in war, sacrificed children by making them fight to the death. The Capitol sacrificed children as a way of controlling people.

The British informed the people it was better for Aboriginal children to be taken away from their parents and raised as whites. The capitol sacrificed the district's children and the districts could not do anything because the Capitol are much stronger.

The British and the Capitol are very similar, while the capitol killed the children the British killed the Aboriginal culture.
